The Melted Popsicle is a Limited Item introduced in the 4th of July Update and can only be obtainable completing the 4th of July Event Quest. This item increases the chance of the Uncle Sam Customer visiting your restaurant during the event and can give the chance for the Uncle Sam Customer to visit after the event has ended.
